Abstracts are invited from the registered participants in Research and Clinical Category.
Participants are requested to submit the Abstract (1 page) for oral or Poster presentation at indiatetc@gmail.com on or before 20th January 2026.
Please Note: The abstract submitted for the FLOW CYTOMETRY WORKSHOP/CME (28th-30th Jan 2026) should be related to flow cytometry or at least related to cytometry in order to be considered for Oral and poster presentation awards.
The abstract submitted for the CONFERENCE on Precision Medicine in Cancer (31st Jan – 1st Feb 2026) can be related the theme of the conference or Cell Biology/Immunology/Clinical Research/Clinical Diagnostics/Biotechnology in order to be considered for Oral and poster presentation awards.
Those not related to the field as mentioned above will be accepted for poster presentation only and the presenter will get a certificate (Presentation Certificate), after due screening from the abstract screening committee.
The submitted abstracts will be judged by our committee on the basis of the content for oral/Poster presentation.
The results for the Abstract selection will be declared on 21st January 2026 and the same will be communicated by email.
GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBISSION FOR ORAL/POSTER PRESENTATION
- An abstract should be a concise summary of your research paper’s substance, which includes background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
- It should be one paragraph with a word limit of 200-275.
- Please do not include subheadings, bullets, lists and header/footer in the abstract.
- Abstract titles should be short, but descriptive. Informative titles, indicating key points are encouraged. Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
- Acronyms should be written in full the first time, mentioned in the text, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- Always follow SI Units.
- Scientific names must be in Italic.
- Chemical formulas should be written in a standard form such as “H2SO4”, not as “H2SO4”. Use a zero before decimal points such as “0.75,” not “.75.”
- There shall be no citations or references in the abstract specifically. If there is a need to cite references, please provide the sources in brackets.

- Body: Times New Roman, 11 points; Line spacing: 1, one column of text
AFFILIATIONS
- Affiliations should be indicated with superscript Arabic numbers appearing at the end of surname/family name.
- A superscript asterisk shout be used for the corresponding author
- Names of affiliations should be given including the country.
- If there is more than one name and address, they should be related by superscript numbers.
SIZE FOR POSTER PRINTING
The standard poster size to be printed is 36 inches x 48 inches or 3 ft x 4 ft (Width X Height).
