Payal began her life science career in 2016 as a Research Assistant at LCRD, Xavier Research Foundation in Ahmedabad, India. Later in 2016, Payal joined the Biological and Life Sciences department at Ahmedabad University, where she provided support to teach practical to iMSc students in a variety of domains such as animal cell culture, flow cytometry, plant tissue culture, microbiology, and molecular biology. Payal was appointed by Becton Dickinson India Pvt. Ltd. in 2019 and assigned to a flow cytometry facility at Gujarat Biotechnology Research Centre located in Gujarat, India. Here, she actively participated in organizing and conducting trainings for research aspirants and students. Currently she is working at Flowcytometry Core Facility at Memorial Sloan Kettering Research Center.
