TETC leads several strategic initiatives designed to advance training and innovation in flow cytometry:
-
Indo‑US Flow Cytometry Training Program: This flagship annual workshop series, active since 2002 and organized through TETC since 2018, focuses on broad-based theoretical training and hands-on lab sessions spanning basic, advanced, and clinical applications.
-
Clinical CME Modules: Integrated into the main workshops, the Continuing Medical Education (CME) modules emphasize clinical protocols, hematopathology diagnostics, and MRD applications.
-
Research Fellowship & Awards Tracks: Includes competitions such as poster presentations, quiz awards, and recognition for published research & clinical papers, aimed at supporting emerging cytometry researchers.
-
Webinar & Virtual Lecture Series: Since 2021, online international flow cytometry courses with international faculty have supplemented online learning, extending TETC’s reach worldwide.
-
College Education: Promoting awareness and understanding of flow cytometry among undergraduate and postgraduate students by conducting onsite workshops in collaboration with colleges across India, fostering early interest and building a strong foundation in this rapidly evolving technology.
