This pre-conference workshop was organized as part of the 50th Annual Conference of the Indian Immunology Society (ImmunoCon-50).
It was jointly organized by AIIMS New Delhi, TETC and Becton Dickinson (BD) India Pvt. Ltd.
The workshop was held on 4 October 2023 at CCRF, AIIMS, New Delhi.
The program focused on the basics of multicolor flow cytometry and its applications in biomedical research.
Practical modules covered instrument setup, quality control, compensation and acquisition for multicolor immunophenotyping assays.
Participants were also introduced to FlowJo-based data analysis and unsupervised data analysis.
The workshop included hands-on laboratory training and concluded with a quiz and feedback session.
