This was the 3rd Annual Online Certificate Course in Flow Cytometry focusing on principles, experimental designing and data analysis.
The one-month program was designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of flow cytometry through lectures, practical activities and demonstrations.
Major topics included the basics and applications of flow cytometry, Know Your Cytometer, machine setup, quality control, sample preparation and experimental designing.
The course also addressed panel designing, spectral overlap, compensation, cell sorting and advances in spectral flow cytometry.
Participants learned basic and high-dimensional data analysis along with instrument setup and data acquisition through live demonstrations.
The program also included recorded sessions, reading material, e-certificates and a bonus lecture on career options in flow cytometry.
