TETC

This was the 2nd Online International Winter School on Flow Cytometry Data Analysis & Presentation covering research and clinical applications at basic and advanced levels.
The comprehensive program was designed to develop practical skills in flow cytometry data analysis, interpretation and presentation.
The curriculum included data standards, data import, sample quality, experimental design, controls, data acquisition, display plots, gating tools and algorithm-based analysis.
It also covered spectral overlap, compensation/unmixing and statistical approaches used in flow cytometry data analysis.
Clinical applications included HSC analysis, CD4/CD8 counts, flow cross-match and case studies involving leukemia and minimal residual disease.
Advanced sessions included t-SNE, UMAP, FlowSOM, live data-analysis demonstrations, MIFlowCyt publication guidelines, troubleshooting and self-assessment.
