This two-day program was organized as a pre-conference activity of ImmunoCon-2025, the 52nd Annual Conference of the Indian Immunology Society.
The program combined a practical flow cytometry workshop with a CME focused on leukemia immunophenotyping.
Day 1 covered the basics of flow cytometry, biomedical and clinical applications, instrument setup and quality control.
Participants also learned about multicolor flow cytometry experiment design, compensation and data acquisition.
Day 2 included practical modules on cell sorting and multiplex bead array technology.
The parallel CME covered leukemia immunophenotyping principles, diagnostic markers, panel selection, sample preparation, troubleshooting and clinical interpretation.
The program also included data analysis, presentation, post-assessment, feedback and valedictory sessions.
