This pre-conference workshop was organized as part of the 49th Annual Conference of the Indian Immunology Society.
It was organized by Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, in association with TETC.
The workshop provided an introduction to the basics of flow cytometry and its applications in biomedical research.
A dedicated session focused on designing flow cytometry experiments, including important experimental considerations and common do’s and don’ts.
The program included an overview of instrumentation and a practical laboratory module on cell-cycle and apoptosis analysis.
Another laboratory module focused on multicolor immunophenotyping and practical assay implementation.
The workshop concluded with a quiz, participant feedback and valedictory session.
